In a video posted on January 18, 2021, a TikTok content creator shared a beautifully decorated eatery with lights hanging from the ceiling and tables immaculately set. The only missing element was customers. The video also featured the restaurant owner looking at the empty tables in the eatery with sad expressions.

In the caption, the video creator also posted the reason for sharing this clip. As soon as the video was posted on TikTok, it went viral and several people showed up to help the family.

The video also garnered immense popularity on the video-sharing app. It garnered over 138,000 likes and well over a million views. TikTok users also poured several comments in the comment section vowing to try out this new location.

After posting the video on 18th January, Jennifer soon posted a follow-up video showing the response they received after the first video.

In the first follow-up video, she wrote, “The amount of love & responses from the TikTok community has been insane! also, thank you to the customers who have been coming for years too! the comment sections have brought my parents and I to tears. We are so grateful for all the support, and for everyone who is coming out”.

Jennifer’s dad, who was featured in the first video also revealed that the number of customers he received after his daughter posted about their family-run restaurant has been “night and day.’

The restaurant was booming to an extent that it had to post an apology post for the longer-than-normal wait times due to the sudden increase in the number of customers. The caption of the post read, “so grateful for the love and support”.

Several commenters have reached this Instagram post as well and have claimed that whenever they visit the eatery, they find it packed and completely full.
