Apple’s official Twitter account has also addressed this new feature by saying, “Bring your ideas to life with Freeform.   • First, open your device and go to the settings bar.
  • In the settings bar tap on your name.
  • Next, tap on the iCloud option.
  • Right below the Apps Using iCloud you will find the show all option, tap on it.
  • Now, turn on the Freeform app and start creating boards

Once you have created the Freeform app, you can create your board by tapping on the icon located on the right side of your screen.
