According to the initial reports, Bailey died in a hit-and-run incident in Connellsville Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. She was just 16 at the age of passing.
As per several reports, the unfortunate incident took place on Sunday, February 5, 2023. The reports have further claimed that police have reportedly arrested a Canadian man by the name of Mark Lucic.

Bailey’s father Bobby V Vivid – real name Bob Veitch announced the unfortunate news of his daughter’s passing in a video shared on TikTok. In an emotional video, he said, “I don’t know how to do this”. “Everybody loved Bailey, and she’s no longer with us”, he further added.
Bob’s brother Adam has added another video on Bobby Vivid’s TikTok page to explain the unfortunate incident. To clarify what had happened he said, “We did lose Bailey tonight,” he said. “She was involved in a hit and run.”
Fans have extended messages of concern to the family and have prayed for the departed soul.
To help Bailey’s family during this crucial time Megan Harrier of North Versailles, Pennsylvania has set up a GoFundMe campaign. The beneficiary of this campaign is Danielle Lentz.
The description of this GoFundMe campaign read, “Bailey was only 16 years old”. “She had her whole life ahead of her and was so excited to finally be a big sister” – her baby brother is just three weeks old, it adds.
Another GoFundMe campaign was launched by Jordan Jones, of Greensburg who is a family friend. In the description he wrote that he is raising money for Bailey “Vivid” Lentz Veitch’s funeral, to “help alleviate some of the financial burdens from her family.”
Both the GoFundMe campaign has raised nearly $22,000, from nearly 700 donations. Donors have also outpoured support in form of words.

Shortly after the young kid passed away, Pittsburgh TV station WTAE spoke to Jordan Jones. Jordan described the young star as “spunky” and a “bright light.”
“You couldn’t help but laugh and be happy in her presence”, she added. Everyone strives to have a relationship like [the one Bailey and Bobby shared],” she further added. “With a parent of theirs. And they had it just so naturally and effortlessly.”
Reports claim that Bailey had gone to a nearby Dairy Queen to pick up ice cream. Her family friend Heather Grimm praised her for her talents as an artist and with makeup.
