Well, without wasting any more time, let us confirm that Elon Musk’s Twitter account is not suspended. The rumor started spreading online after a user shared a Tweet that read, “Oh wow! The Tweet also added an image of a Twitter handle that was suspended, and the handle resembled Elon Musk’s real Twitter handle.
Nonetheless, this was just a meme and Elon Musk’s real Twitter handle is still functioning on the Bird App.
This screenshot is currently trending on several social platforms including Twitter, Reddit, and Facebook. Several users have shared the information with captions like, “This is what happens when you piss off your staff”. Another user captioned the Tweet, “Oops. Don’t piss off the working folk”.

Is Twitter Account Of Elon Musk Suspended?
No, the Twitter account of Elon Musk is not suspended. It is just a meme that has given rise to this rumor. However, journalist Seana Davis, who is a ‘misinformation specialist’ has debunked the claim. Seana has talked about the fake handle that was fooling people online by imitating the real handle of Elon Musk.
In one of her Tweets, Seana explained that the Twitter handle that is featured in the viral Screenshot shows an uppercase ‘i’ instead of an actual uppercase ‘L’ in the word Elon. So, for this reason, it appeared to be the real account of Elon but in reality, it was a fake handle that was fooling many users for months.
News Literacy Project which is a Non-Profit education organization has also backed the claims made by Seana and they have revealed that using an uppercase ‘i’ in the place of an ‘L’ is a “common trick actors use to try to bait people into sharing misinformation about big-name accounts.”
To check whether a handle is real or fake, what you can do is to search for it in a new tab with the right spelling, the handle that appears at the top is the actual one, and the rest of them are fake handles.
