The Wrath of the jailer event will commence in the Maw, it will be marked by a large star. To complete the event, you will need a group of participants as the boss is much stronger this time. As there are so many players in the Maw now, you can invite your Co-players by sending a text message in general chat.
While moving towards the Wrath of Jailer event you will notice two objectives popping up on the right side of your device’s screen. Following are the objectives.
- The first objective is to kill mobs in the area to progress the bar.
- The second objective is to kill one of the jailer’s lieutenant.
What Is Wrath Of The Jailer Event
Wrath Of the jailer event is a weekly event in World of Warcraft: Shadowlands (eighth expansion pack for the massively multiplayer online role-playing game World of Warcraft). As this is a weekly challenge, you can play it several times in a week. But remember that, you will be able to collect the named loot only once in the week.
Once you successfully defeat the boss, then you will be able to earn 250 Ve’nari reputation, 100 Stygia and a chance at item level 183 loot. It will also give you some Eye of the Jailer progress. Please note that, these rewards will only last for a week. So many players have completed the event and they lost all these rewards right on the following day.
The event isn’t hard to complete because you have so many players around. Also note that Item level 183 loot is only 1 item level below Mythic dungeon.
The Maw Wrath Of The Jailer
The Maw of Shadowlands is not easy to conquer but at the same time it is full of rewarding loot. The most rewarding event Wrath of the Jailer takes place with regular intervals in the gullet. Along with Ve’nari and stygia it also provides you a chance to avail piece of armor with item level 183.
As soon as the event comes live, you will be able to see it on the map. Look for symbol of the crossed swords on a yellow square on the map, if you witness them it means the event is up. Roll up your sleeves and get ready to complete the two challenges.
To complete the event, you have to kill your opponents in the event zone, till the progress bar is filled. Then, kill a lieutenant of jailer to complete the second challenge. The event’s boss is much stronger than before but don’t worry it won’t be difficult to kill him as you will have a group of players to face him.
Also remember that, if an opponent tags the boss in front of you then you will no longer be able to loot him. But, if you succeed in defeating the boss then, you will garner 250 reputation points at Ve’nari, around 100 Stygia. After the event concludes, it will attract the wrath of the jailer, so that your threat level in the gullet (eye of the jailer) will increase.
