Muaaz has taken to Twitter to discuss this program. He wrote, “Woah.. TikTok launched their Pulse program!? Creators with 100,000+ followers will receive a 50% split of ad revenue from TikTok”.
After meeting the requirement of 100,000 followers, you also need to have posted at least five videos in the last 30 days. You also have to meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
After being eligible for this program, your quality of content and views will decide your revenue on the platform.
Who Is Eligible For The TikTok Pulse Program?
If you are a content creator having more than 100000 followers on the TikTok platform, you can now earn income by simply posting videos on the app.
In one of the press releases, the TikTok app revealed that the new Pulse Program will greatly benefit the advertisers.
In the press release, the video-sharing app wrote, “To help brands be on the pulse of entertainment and culture on TikTok, we’re excited to introduce TikTok Pulse, a new contextual advertising solution that lets advertisers place their brand next to the top content in the For You Feed”.
With the commencement of this program, videos related to brands will get to appear among the top 4% of all clips on the platform.
The video-sharing platform has further written that it is going to offer 12 categories of Pulse in which brands can place their ads. These categories will range from beauty to fashion, cooking, gaming, and more.
This is the first-ever revenue program of the video-sharing app. However, the app has further added that they are working on several other features so that creators will feel more valued and rewarded.
The revenue earned from this program will benefit creators, public figures, and media publishers.
