What Is 75 Hard Challenge?

In March 2019, Frisella introduced the concept of 75 hard challenge on his podcast. He suggested that this it is a way to change your life for the better and lose weight. He writes “I have spent more than 20 years figuring out how master mental toughness and i m putting everything i have learned into a program i call 75HARD. 

Further he said that it is not a regular fitness program. Rather it s a mental toughness program that he is qualified to 20 based on 20 years of his real life experience. Now it is trending on TikTok .  a lot of people are following it.

Experts have different views about 75 hard challenge.

Workout routines are best when you can gradually increase what you’re doing every week. But doing the same thing every day for 75 days can get extremely monotonous and you may lose motivation fast or just burn out, says Matheny.

Although the plan is meant to improve your “mental toughness,” this challenge is more detrimental to your mental health than it is helpful, says Ali.

“I thought that the lockdown restrictions at home would make it difficult for me to workout. But TikTok users’ posts are creating a fun and new way for me to stay healthy,” Ryan a TikTokers view. Majority of viewers have appreciated this challenge as a matter of fact that it relates with fitness.

Rules Of 75 Hard Challenge

1. Follow a diet 

2. Workout twice a day for at least 45 minutes 

3. Drink 4 liters of water per day

4. Read 10 pages of any non. Fiction book a day

5. Take a 5 minute cold shower

6. Take a progress photo every day 

Results Of 75 Hard Challenge

75 hard challenge has led to both physical transformation and mental transformation. As far as physical transformation is concerned, it has shed tons of fat whoever has tried it. The person gets into much better shape.

The challenge is all about push you mentally. You learned that not having time is simply not an excuse. You prove yourself that for 75 days you could stick to a strict regimen, a hard one at that, and complete a long term goal.
