In the beyond lights campaign, players have to battle against Eramis’ lieutenants as part of Empire Hunts. To all the players out there, you should note that you have to beat the campaign, complete some post campaign missions and get access to the Variks’ Sabotage quests to earn some bonuses.

Furthermore, by default the Empire Hunt challenge needs 40 Herealways Pieces. You can obtain these resources by completing some patrols, lost sectors, and public events. If you want to save more of these resources just grab the Empire Hunt quest Variks to split the cost.

After that, you can also get “Empire Hunt II”. It will make the first activity free. Besides that, If you want to know about some other perks regarding the empire hunt challenge then you may have to wait for some weeks as these are time-gated.

How To Complete Weekly Empire Hunt Challenge

To complete the task, players need to complete the following three missions

  • The Warrior
  • The Technocrat
  • The Dark Priestess

Here’s how each mission can be accomplished.

The Warrior

First step is to defeat 35x Fallen in Eventide Ruins in a single life. Then Defeat the patrols in Asterion Abyss to draw out Elenaks. It will unlock “The Warrior Mission” that can be completed later. At the end you will get the Thermal Erosion solar machine gun as reward.

The Technocrat

Firstly you have to Defeat Vex in Asterion Abyss to obtain 10x tracking devices, then you need to shut the Vex conflux in Cadmus Ridge down. This will unlock the Mission Technocrat and will give you Coriolis Force void fusion rifle.

The Dark Priestess

To complete this mission players need to Collect 10x Flecks of Dark from Fallen in Cadmus Ridge. The second step is to defend the evacuating Fallen Skiff in Eventide Ruins. This will unlock the Mission and will give you Biting Winds kinetic bow.

After finishing all the above quests you will see that Variks has “Europa Challenges II.” You have to grab the challenge and all three Empire Hunts again. This will unlock the Empire Hunt weekly challenge.

The last thing players should know is that, if the weekly challenge isn’t appearing for you then there is nothing to worry about. It’s because the weekly challenge doesn’t appear while you are doing collect items /mini event tasks.
